Fast Deliveries. |
 Whilst this site has been designed for our CTS Trade customers to choose from a huge selection of stock for collection from one of our warehouses, we also do operate a delivery service in our own area.
We are based in the South East with a number of separate warehouses. Deliveries are Free of Charge for all customers within this area as defined by postcode on each product page. This area can be described as the South East of England. Our online system will ask you to identify your delivery area and will advise whether or not the transportation charge to your home will be free or chargeable at very competitive rates (normally between £9.40 and £24.99). Please note that deliveries are restricted to a: Ground Floor Only.(No Stairs or Steps) b: UK Mainland Only.

Removals too!
We are able to remove your old appliances within the free delivery area only at present at a flat sum of £20 per item whether it is a washing machine, tumble dryer, oven or even a fridge freezer. Please note that we do dispose of all items in accordance with current legislation. The earth is also important to us! If you do require this service then please inform our sales team. We do need to know if the item to be removed is any larger than the new appliance. It is stressed that this service is offered only for customers purchasing new appliances and must be undertaken at the time of the agreed delivery. |
Other important details
Most major credit cards are acceptable. Settlement can also be made by BACS transfer, cheque or cash if agreed in discussion with our sales team.
Product details are believed to be an accurate description and are invariably reliable. Please note however that we sell as agents of the major manufacturers in the UK who may make subtle changes to their products without notification.
All the appliances offered are new and in top quality. As such they come with the normal manufacturer's warranty applicable to that product, varying from one year's parts and labour cover to the occasional ten year warranty under a manufacturer's special promotion.
Extended warranty cover can be obtained direct from the manufacturer or through ourselves at very competitive rates.
