bullet pointThese terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed on this website or via the telephone system. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your reference.
bullet pointWe cannot be held responsable for incorrect information or incorrect ordering due to the consumer following a link from a search engine.
bullet pointAll prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT @15%..Trade customers can calculate their net prices in the usual way by dividing by 23 and multiplying by 20.
bullet pointTo keep our prices as competitive as possible, items are delivered by one person. We can only deliver to ground floor properties and normally only to the doorstep. Please inform us if this restriction affects your order as undelivered products will incur a charge of about £25.
bullet pointOur terms of trading are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are therefore subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
bullet pointWithout prejudice to statutory rights given to purchasers of products, the information and materials contained within this website, including without limitation, graphics, text and links, are provided to the best of our knowledge and ability and we cannot accept liability as to the truth, accuracy, or completeness of any product or service portrayed within.
bullet pointAll items offered for sale on this website are new and in perfect condition. As such they all have a minimum twelve months parts and labour guarantee issued by the manufacturer. Some manufacturers offer extended guarantees as a promotion and others offer them for a small fee.
bullet pointWe reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
bullet pointThe price you pay is the price shown on this website at the time we receive your order. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, whereupon we will give you the option of amending and processing your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In the event that we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and inform you by letter or email.
bullet pointWe offer free delivery to London and surrounding counties based on the delivery postcode. The website will automatically inform you if your appliance can be delivered free of charge or is subject to a subsidised delivery charge.
bullet pointDeliveries are restricted to the UK mainland and are expected to reach you within one week from the date of purchase as long as there are no bank holidays to distort our normal expectations. Delivery dates are estimated at all times and may be subject to change for whatever reason. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods.
bullet pointPayment can be made by most major credit or debit cards excluding American Express and Diners card. A cheque or bankers transfer can also be arranged but funds must be cleared before the goods will be despatched.

bullet pointWe have made every effort to make this website fully compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000 as amended and also the more recent Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Directions 2002. Our customers will receive written confirmation of their purchase either by email or by Royal Mail.
bullet pointAll customers have the right to cancel their order within a period of seven working days (Monday-Saturday) from the day of delivery. Written, faxed or emailed correspondence cancelling the sale must be received by us in this time. A telephone conversation in itself is not sufficient.
bullet pointAppliances in perfect condition can be returned to us if the post and packing is undertaken and paid for by the customer. The item must be in the same condition when returned to us as when it left our warehouse, so care should be taken to ensure that damage should not occur on the return journey.
bullet pointFast Track Appliances will not take responsibility for any damage to appliances when in the custody of the customer or a courier as their agent. Products returned to us in a damaged condition will either be returned at the customer's expense or sold at a reduced price. If this latter option is agreed then any refund will be withheld until the sale to a third party is made and the correct sum is then able to be calculated. Customers should retain the original packaging for the cooling-off period, to enable the item to be returned to us in a saleable condition.
bullet pointProducts are shown with a description, photograph and VAT inclusive price as well as any delivery charges that may be payable.
bullet pointWe do our best to restrict appliances on sale through this website to only those currently in stock. However, warehouse stock can be depleted if sales are heavy on a particular day, in which case we are dependent upon the manufacturers and their freight services to resupply us with stock. If any such delay is thought unreasonable, we are usually able to offer an alternative or are happy to offer a full refund if the delay seems to be ongoing. Please email or phone us at any time to establish the current situation with your order.
Make sure your appliance is in tip top order!
bullet pointDeliveries are usually undertaken by our own transport or by courier – possibly even by the relevant manufacturer of the selected machine. It is a delivery service that is restricted to ground floor addresses and generally only to your doorstep. It also specifically excludes connection or installation.
bullet pointPlease check your appliance when it is delivered as we must be informed of any damage or shortage, preferably on the same day but at the very outside within three working days to allow us sufficient time to investigate and resolve the matter. If you fail to report damage within three working days, Fast Track Appliances or any outside carriers used, will not accept any liability for damage or dents found after this time. After the three working day period, we may be able to have the damaged part replaced, but this will only be at the discretion of the supplier.
